Dr. Ciesko has been an active and productive member of the Psychology Department for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in mentoring students and creating educational initiatives and programs for both students and faculty. Presently, Dr. Ciesko is the lead program advisor for the Student Research Community (SRC). SRC is a student organization oriented towards honing students’ research skills through tailored workshops and interface with researchers from a wide array of venues. Dr. Ciesko’s accomplishments have been recognized through the various awards she has received for innovative practices at Valencia College.
